Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 7,31-35

Jesus said to the crowds: “To what shall I compare the people of this generation? What are they like?
They are like children who sit in the marketplace and call to one another, ‘We played the flute for you, but you did not dance. We sang a dirge, but you did not weep.’
For John the Baptist came neither eating food nor drinking wine, and you said, ‘He is possessed by a demon.’
The Son of Man came eating and drinking and you said, ‘Look, he is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.’
But wisdom is vindicated by all her children.”

God is always there

1) Compare:
God shows us that we are never pleased. We are always looking for something better.Today, it would be good if you challenge yourself to see if you value what you already have; if you love those that are in your life; or if you’re only looking for what you need and what you are lacking. Do you see the glass half full or half empty?

2) Those who are sent:
God shows us that He is constantly sending people into our lives to change us and to encourage us to fight life’s struggles. During your lifetime, people come and go. Some stay, but others disappear. But, there are a few people who leave an important mark on you. Today think about this: Who has marked your life?

3) The critics:
There will always be people who talk about what you do or don’t do; how you do this or how you do that. But remember, even Jesus was criticized ! Do not be afraid ! Continue to move forward and to fulfill God’s will in your life. God-bless you in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Remember heaven is our goal!
