Mark 16, 15-18

Marcos 16, 15-18

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Mark 16,15-18

Jesus said to the eleven: “Go into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature.
Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved; whoever does not believe will be condemned.
These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will drive out demons, they will speak new languages.
They will pick up serpents (with their hands), and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not harm them. They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Missionaries and Disciples

1) Encounter and conversion: Those who encounter Christ change their life, and those who change their life have encountered Christ. To be a dedicated Christian, one who has faith of conviction not only tradition, implies one thing: your encounter with Christ. Many of us have experienced a change in our lives due to this encounter… not necessarily a supernatural encounter, but an experience like Saint Paul lived, or the burning heart that the disciples on the road to Emmaus had. Recover your experience from your memory. When was the last time you felt that close to God? Today, we are many (including myself) that have encountered Jesus, but we have distanced ourselves from Him.

2) Cure and free: Those of us that have promised to live a Christian life cannot fail Jesus. We are called to heal the broken people of this world. We are called to liberate and free the hard hearted ones through our prayers. Today, I invite you to involve yourself and deepen your faith in prayer for others. You can be a relief for the people around you, rather than a burden.

3) Protected: If you are a disciple of Jesus, you will be protected because God watches over you. Do not forget: God never abandons you! Let’s commemorate the conversion of Saint Paul and remember when Jesus appeared and asked, “why do you persecute me?” You are a member of His church and you belong to Jesus; you have the Divine within you. Let it grow and proclaim the Good News like Saint Paul did. God-bless you in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Remember heaven is our goal !

Your contribution help us to continue with our mission
God Bless You!
