Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint John 1, 29-34
John the Baptist saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.
He is the one of whom I said, ‘A man is coming after me who ranks ahead of me because he existed before me.’
I did not know him, but the reason why I came baptizing with water was that he might be made known to Israel.”
John testified further, saying, “I saw the Spirit come down like a dove from the sky and remain upon him.
I did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘On whomever you see the Spirit come down and remain, he is the one who will baptize with the holy Spirit.’
Now I have seen and testified that he is the Son of God.”
You have to tell others who Jesus is
1) Jesus was coming: in this journey, you have to see Jesus come into your life. Open yourself up because Jesus is looking for you. You are the one who is distant because He always wants to be near. You have to think what have I done last year that I would like to change in order for this new year to be better?
2) Open the doors: this is something we should remember, we are called upon to take Jesus to meet your loved ones, I should not look for people to look for me. These audios are not for notoriety. It is for you to find Jesus and let Him help you in life. You are the Church y we are called upon as a Church to bring Jesus to everyone we know. We are a dynamic Church do not let the structures suffocate you, rather Jesus is who lessens any burden. Show Jesus who comes to take the burdens of sin.
3) The Holy Spirit: we are summoned by the Holy Spirit and we must let work inside of us. It is the Holy Spirit who touches our hear and moves you, do not be afraid to open yourself to Him and ask to fulfill your soul with light. The light that must stay inside and illuminate others. Today we should begin our search to take others to meet Jesus. Do you have candidates? Who?
