John 16, 12-15

John 16, 12-15

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint John 16, 12-15

Jesus said, ‘I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify me, because he will take what is mine and declare it to you. All that the Father has is mine. For this reason I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.’

The truth

1) Understand: this relationship with God is dynamic, it is a process. There are times when we want to understand everything at once and it is not possible. Theology is a science that is studied partly in a book and the other is experienced in life in that relationship with God. There are things that one does not understand about life, but as you live life you begin to understand many things, but no one has Monday’s diary …
2) The spirit of truth: it is to introduce ourselves in this truth and walk in it. Be sincere and honest with ourselves. There will always be an inner struggle within you and within me. The big problem is when you lie to yourself and put the truth aside for a disguised convenience. Do not stop fighting so that the truth survives in you. Being honest with yourself will allow you to walk very far in your life. But if you lie to yourself, the only thing you will achieve is to anesthetize your life.
God bless you in the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. And never forget Heaven is our goal.
