Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 8 16-18

Jesus said to his disciples, “No one after lighting a lamp hides it under a jar, or puts it under a bed, but puts it on a lampstand, so that those who enter may see the light. For nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, nor is anything secret that will not become known and come to light. Then pay attention to how you listen; for to those who have, more will be given; and from those who do not have, even what they seem to have will be taken away.”

You are a light

1) Light. I am convinced we all have something, a talent, a gift, or a charisma that characterizes us and helps us to take souls to heaven. This is why you have a mission here on earth, but you also have something that makes you unique and different. Stop for a moment and reflect about yourself. Remember, you are a valuable person. You have something God gave you to help others make life more beautiful. If you do not know what it is, it is time to start thinking about what this talent is you have to offer and help others around you.

2) Nothing secret. How beautiful it is to walk in life with your head high. Knowing you have nothing to hide leads you to tranquility and peace. It is beautiful to be sincere and transparent in life, so be careful not to make your path cumbersome and not to walk on the edge. Remember, today your light can shine when there is transparency in your heart.

3) Anyone who has. You can help many people; you have been granted your life to give it and donate it to others. Do not be selfish. Instead, seek to always help others, in whatever way you can. Today, God has chosen you to help someone! Do you already have that person in mind?
