Matthew 11,25-30

Matthew 11, 25-30

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 11,25-30

At that time Jesus exclaimed, “I give praise to you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for although you have hidden these things from the wise and the learned you have revealed them to the childlike.
Yes, Father, such has been your gracious will.
All things have been handed over to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal him.”
“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”

You revealed Yourself to the humble

1) I praise You: It is to be thankful for everything that He reveals in life. You understand life different when we see it from His point of view. Life does not change; it is our outlook and how we live life. We must praise God every day for what we have and how He helps us to lead a better life.

2) To whom He reveals: the most important characteristic of humanity is humility. This is the starting point in our daily lives and a clear path to guide us. Humility is understanding that God is not in the big things in life, rather in the common everyday life, in the simple things. This is the starting point and where everything is forged.

3) The wise: The true wisdom does not only come from reading books, but also in understanding what God wants with our lives and our way of living. Deliver your life to God and Christ will show you the key to life which is happiness.
God bless you In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Remember, heaven is our goal !
