Matthew 11,28-30

Matthew 11 28-30

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 11,28-30

Jesus said to the crowds: “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”

Go to Him

1) Come to me: When you feel lonely and exhausted, go to Jesus. Look for Him during the day. Only He can give you that little moment of peace and tranquility. Many of those around you may judge you and make you feel uncomfortable; but when you are with Jesus, be open and transparent. He knows and understands everything.

2) Tired and overwhelmed: Sometimes you will be exhausted, tired, and even without the strength to continue fighting. Today, Jesus not only says that he understands you, but also that He is with you. What a relief to know that I have a God who understands and embraces me!

3) Relief: This is a great thing; there is nothing more beautiful in life than feeling peace and relief. That peace that makes you feel worthy and helps you look everyone directly in the eye. Because when you have peace in your heart, you can feel free; and whoever feels free, with a peaceful heart, becomes eternal.

God bless you in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
