Egberto Bermúdez has lived in Miami, Florida, since 1980. By the grace of God and the kindness of his wife, Alina, he has been married for more than thirty-two years and has a daughter. He obtained a Master's Degree in Spanish and Latin American Literature at the University of Miami. He taught the language of Cervantes for more than 35 years, the last 30 in a public institute/school until his retirement in June 2019. He is a member of the parish of Our Lady from Guadalupe.
