Ecuadorian jurist and writer, and a distant descendant of Ecuador’s first novelist, Miguel Riofrío. He has served as Dean and as a professor of Constitutional Law, Fundamental Theory of Law, and Information Law at the University of the Hemispheres (Ecuador). He is currently a professor of Jurisprudence and Human Rights at Strathmore University (Kenya) and a Fellow of the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University in Atlanta.
