Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 8,16-18.
Jesus said to the crowd : “No one who lights a lamp conceals it with a vessel or sets it under a bed ; rather, he places it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light.
For there is nothing hidden that will not become visible, and nothing secret that will not be known and come to light.
Take care, then, how you hear. To anyone who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he seems to have will be taken away.”
You are a light
1) Lights: I am convinced we all have something, a talent, a gift, a charism that distinguishes us and helps us to take souls to heaven. This is why you have a mission here on earth, but you also have something that makes you unique and different. Stop for a moment and make a reflection about yourself, you’re a valuable person. You have something God gave you to help all others make life more beautiful. If you do not know what it is, it’s time to start thinking about what is this talent you have to offer and help others around you.
2) Nothing secret: How beautiful it is to walk in life with your forehead up, knowing your transparency is what leads you to tranquility and peace. It is beautiful to know sincere and transparent in life, because in this walk of life we like to get cumbersome and walk on the edge. Remember today your light can shine when there is transparency in your heart.
3) The one who has: You can help many people, you have that divine help and your life is to give it and donate it to others. Don’t be selfish, rather seek to always help in life, in whatever and however you can. Today, God chose you to help someone, yes today!. Do you already have in mind who?
